- User refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service, whether registered or not.
- Account refers to a registered profile created by a User to access features of the Service.
- Content refers to any text, materials, recordings, resources, or other information made available through the Service.
- Session refers to a scheduled mentorship interaction conducted through the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By agreeing to these terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Creating an Account
Certain features of the Service require you to create an Account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.
3.2 Account Security

3.3 Account Termination by User
You may close your Account at any time by contacting us using the details provided at the end of these terms. Closure of your Account does not automatically entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.

You may use the Service solely for lawful personal development and mentorship purposes in accordance with these terms. The Service is intended to support constructive interpersonal growth and is not a substitute for licensed psychological, legal, or medical advice.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
When using the Service, you must not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
- Harass, threaten, or harm any mentor, staff member, or other user.
- Share, reproduce, or distribute any Content without prior written authorisation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any software designed to disrupt the Service.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape the Service.
- Engage in any conduct that could damage the reputation or operations of Elvion.
4.3 Session Conduct
During scheduled sessions, you agree to engage respectfully and constructively. We reserve the right to end any session or suspend access where conduct is deemed inappropriate, harmful, or contrary to the spirit of the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
All Content, materials, branding, and technology associated with the Service are the exclusive property of Elvion or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
5.2 Limited Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.
5.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit any content, feedback, or materials through the Service, you grant Elvion a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process such content for the purposes of delivering and improving the Service. You retain ownership of any content you submit.
6. Payments and Refunds
6.1 Fees
Certain features of the Service are provided on a paid basis. All applicable fees will be disclosed to you before purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the stated amount using your selected payment method.
6.2 Billing
For subscription-based services, billing occurs on the cycle selected at the time of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain current and accurate.
6.3 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction. We do not guarantee refunds for partially used services, missed sessions without prior notice, or change-of-mind cancellations outside the stated period. 6.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Where changes affect an active subscription, we will provide reasonable notice before the new pricing takes effect.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Session cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session without refund. Repeated late cancellations may result in suspension of your Account.
8. Disclaimers
8.1 Nature of the Service
The Service provides mentorship and personal development guidance. It is not a licensed counselling, therapy, psychological, legal, financial, or medical service. Any guidance provided through the Service is informational and supportive in nature only.
8.2 No Guarantee of Outcomes
We make no representations or warranties regarding specific outcomes resulting from use of the Service. Individual results depend on personal circumstances, effort, and engagement.
8.3 Service Availability
We do not warrant that the Service will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elvion and its directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elvion and its personnel from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, tools, or websites. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, for which we are not responsible. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk.

14. Suspension and Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements entered into between you and Elvion, constitute the entire agreement between you and Elvion with respect to the Service and supersede all prior communications or agreements on the same subject matter.
